Speech Therapist

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Freshers can also be considered
• Valid DOH approval / license as Speech Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and clinical goals
• Provide therapy sessions for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients as applicable
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programs as required
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and hospital quality standards at all times
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics
• Provide compassionate, professional, and patient-centred care
