Lab Technician

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or a related field.
• Valid MOH Kuwait license or eligibility to obtain MOH licensing.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Male/Female candidates can apply.
• Any nationality may apply, subject to MOH eligibility and visa processing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests to support patient diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring.
• Collect, receive, process, and analyze patient specimens in accordance with hospital policies and laboratory standards.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting of test results to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and analyzers to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in internal and external quality control programs to maintain the accuracy and reliability of laboratory services.
• Maintain proper documentation of laboratory procedures, test results, equipment maintenance, and inventory records.
