Consultant Critical Care Medicine

• MBBS/MD with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Medicine or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Valid UAE License, DHA Eligibility, MOH Evaluation, or SHA Eligibility.
• Minimum 10+ years of hospital experience in Critical Care Medicine.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Indian candidates preferred.
• Male/Female candidates can apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for patients with life-threatening medical and surgical conditions.
• Perform and supervise critical care procedures within assigned clinical privileges.
• Monitor patients requiring advanced life support, including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and organ support therapies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide expert critical care consultations.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and UAE healthcare regulations.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, departmental meetings, and continuing medical education activities.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and clinical excellence.
