ENT Consultant

• MBBS/MD with a recognized postgraduate qualification  in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Valid UAE License or DOH Eligibility as an ENT Consultant.
• Arab candidates preferred.
• Male/Female candidates can apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders.
• Perform ENT surgeries and procedures in accordance with assigned clinical privileges and evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Interpret diagnostic investigations and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation in accordance with DOH regulations and hospital policies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education activities.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety standards, infection control protocols, and ethical medical practices.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff where appropriate.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and clinical excellence.
