Specialist/Consultant ENT & ENT Surgeon (Head & Neck)

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in ENT / Otorhinolaryngology.
• Relevant experience as a Specialist ENT / ENT Surgeon in a reputed healthcare settings.
• Strong clinical experience in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of ENT conditions.
• Experience in ENT surgical procedures is preferred for ENT Surgeon candidates.
• Experience in Head and Neck Surgery is highly preferred.
• Strong surgical logbook demonstrating relevant procedures and clinical experience for surgical candidates.
• Candidates with strong clinical experience in non-surgical ENT practice are also encouraged to apply.
• Any UAE License/DHA,DOH,MOH,SHA Eligibility / Eligible to apply
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, surgical, and patient-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic ENT disorders.
• Perform ENT surgical procedures within the scope of qualifications, experience, and clinical privileges.
• Diagnose and manage conditions affecting the head and neck.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and surgical plans.
• Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments and patient management.
• Interpret diagnostic investigations and recommend appropriate treatment.
• Manage ENT emergencies and provide timely medical or surgical interventions when required.
• Maintain accurate surgical records and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical conditions.
