General Cardiologist

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Cardiology.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• Strong clinical experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
• Expertise in the assessment and management of coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease, and other cardiac disorders.
• Experience in performing and interpreting relevant cardiac diagnostic investigations.
• Strong knowledge of preventive cardiology and cardiovascular risk management.
• Any UAE License / DHA / MOH / SHA Eligibility.
• Indian – Keralite candidates preferred.
• Male/Female candidates may apply.
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with cardiovascular conditions.
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of cardiac conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, and valvular heart disease.
• Conduct detailed cardiovascular assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform and interpret appropriate cardiac diagnostic investigations such as ECG, echocardiography, Holter monitoring, and stress testing.
• Monitor patients’ clinical progress and modify treatment plans when required.
• Manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions and provide appropriate follow-up care.
• Assess cardiovascular risk factors and provide preventive cardiology and lifestyle guidance.
• Prescribe and monitor appropriate medications and therapies in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Coordinate patient care with cardiac surgeons, interventional cardiologists, physicians, nurses, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide counselling and education to patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medication, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuing medical education activities.
