Staff Nurse

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Candidates who have passed the Kuwait Prometric Examination with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills.
• Good knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety standards.
• Indian nationality preferred.
• Male/Female candidates can apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with physician instructions and established nursing standards.
• Monitor, assess, and document patients’ health conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments safely and accurately as prescribed.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health management.
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies, patient safety protocols, and clinic procedures.
• Respond promptly to patient needs, emergencies, and changes in clinical condition.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and continuity of services.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment.
• Adhere to Kuwait MOH regulations, ethical standards, and professional nursing practices.
