Occupational Therapist

• Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Freshers can also be considered
• Valid DOH approval / license as Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to determine therapy needs
• Develop individualised treatment plans to improve independence and daily living skills
• Provide therapeutic interventions for physical, neurological, developmental, and psychosocial conditions
• Train patients in adaptive techniques, mobility, and use of assistive devices
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals, home programs, and rehabilitation progress
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and hospital quality standards at all times
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics
• Provide compassionate, professional, and patient-centred care
