Clinical Psychologist/ABA Therapist

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree / Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent
• Freshers can also be considered
• Valid DOH approval / license as Clinical Psychologist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, behavioural evaluations, and diagnostic screenings
• Develop individualised treatment plans and therapy goals based on patient needs
• Provide counselling, psychotherapy, and evidence-based behavioural interventions
• Implement ABA therapy programs for children or adults with developmental and behavioural needs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate families and caregivers regarding therapy strategies and progress plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Follow patient safety, confidentiality, and hospital quality standards at all times
• Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and compassionate care
